The General Stuff

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is it safe to order online?

Of course! We are a member of “Verified by Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard,” which provide additional security when using your cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, like your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit or debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our site can’t be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our fulfillment team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes. Processing can take up to 7-10 business days.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that! Hit us up within 7 days of receiving your items via email at hello@enfrnch.com with your order number and further details of your issue and a member of our Customer Care team will get on it, ASAP!
Can I exchange an item?
You can return your item to us for exchange only if the item is returned in perfect condition (as originally shipped with all tags still intact and unworn). We do not accept exchanges on final sale items and/or items in lesser condition than originally shipped to consumer. Only store credit is given in which the item must be of equal or lesser value. Any item(s) that have a value over your store credit limit will need another form of payment for the remaining balance.

Gift Cards:

At this moment gift cards are not available but we plan to in the near future. Stay tuned!

Shipping:

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the U.S Domestically only. We hope to expand into new territories soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the weight of your order. We ship everything via USPS.
How long will shipping take?
We primarily ship USPS FIrst Class Service which offers a 3 business day turnaround time after the order has been processed by our warehouse team.
What if I’m not in when my parcel is delivered?
The shipping company may leave the parcel with a neighbor, or if there is a safe, secure location on the property they may leave the parcel there. The shipping company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been shipped to, how to contact them to re-arrange a shipping time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from. Enfrnch (Buckhead Betty LLC) does not take responsibility or liability after the item(s) of your order have been released from the custody of our customer care team or its direct affiliates to a second-third party vendor. If your order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping/parcel company associated with your order.
Will a signature be needed for my delivery?
No, we do not require signature confirmation for orders under $200. If you wish to have signature confirmation for your order please contact us in advance. 
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Unfortunately, we currently do not send orders/packages to addresses separate from their respective billing address unless contacted via email in advance (hello@enfrnch.com) and proper documentation is secured and approved by our customer care department.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised shipping date to receive your parcel in case of a shipping delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

Do you have a shop?
Although we are a dedicated online retailer based out of Atlanta, Georgia, we live everywhere online - and even show out at a few pop-up shops year round. Brick & Mortar coming soon :)
Can I pre-order an item?
• Most items can be pre-ordered once sold out. Please email us to hello@enfrnch.com and tell us what you would like to see restocked.
When can I use my 10% off discount code?
Yay! Happy Hour is our fave. EVERY WEDNESDAY using code "HAPPYHOUR" scheduled between 3pm-6pm EASTERN TIME. That means 2pm-5pm CENTRAL TIME, 12pm-3pm PACIFIC TIME, and 1pm-4pm MOUNTAIN TIME. Now everybody better be on time, this sale is too good to miss.
